We have recently added some new products to our list including an Ooni Pro 16" Wood/Charcoal Outdoor Pizza Oven. This unit is a blast to use and nothing compares to a pizza cooked on a wood fire. Update :

So as alot of you may have seen. We had equipment stolen over the weekend. (Was scheduled to be back Friday and he blocked communication and ignored us, lied about address, owning a business etc).

Anyways. With the help of the community and our lovely customers. He had his friends drop the BBQ off overnight at our shop. Still missing some smaller things, utensils / propane tank etc and the BBQ is in rough shape but the expensive equipment is back. Which is most important.

We appreciate all the help the community and our customers have given us. You all are great!🙂

The 6ft Big John survived Kanata Ribfest! This is a big test for a grill. Culinary Catering out of London, ON put a HUGE number of rib racks through this grill.

The 6ft Big John propane grill survived Kanata Ribfest! This is the true test of a grill. Tons of sauce, tons of grease. Culinary Catering out of London, ON finished put hundreds of racks through this thing last weekend. After a good scrub, it's ready to keep grilling.

I tested out our new propane fryer this evening. Costco had back ribs on for $3.63/lb ($7.99/kg), so this was a no-brainer to at least try out. Turns out that you CAN make very quick, very tasty fried ribs. Though the consistency was nowhere near a slow-cooked/smoked rack, I have to say that I will definitely be putting these alongside chicken wings in the future; they were just too easy.

Here we have some of my deep fried ribs. Don't let this intimidate anyone; you can do this easily inside of 10 minutes.

This is 65lbs of sirloin cooked on our Nomad 4' rotisserie by Colonel By Retirement Residence for it's families and guests last year. What a great idea!
