Our expert coaches look forward to delivering a special hour of on-ice development exclusively for Tier I and II calibre players. Participants born between 2007 and 2011 will be given a high number of repetitions of various shot types and receive additional coaching to help them score more at their respective positions.

Since 2014, we've aimed to be more than just a recreational facility – we've taken pride in becoming a place for our local community to come together, play, and grow. The Ottawa Senators Summer Hockey Camps are teaming up with the Ottawa Black Bears‼️

Players from the organization will be hosting off-ice lacrosse sessions with camp participants each Tuesday from July 2 to August 27 at the Bell Sensplex. This collaboration will give youth from across the local community an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the game from the professionals.

ANNOUNCEMENT:
Senators Elite Hockey Development makes another incredible addition to the team - Ben Sexton, current Assistant Coach of the Ottawa Senators, will attend this year's U14 (2011) High-Performance Training & Mentorship Camp as another contributor to the development and mentorship of our participants.

Ben is a great example for young athletes in the region; having made his way from playing local minor hockey with the Kanata Blazers all the way to the NHL with the Ottawa Senators. That, paired with his years as an AHL and NHL Assistant Coach, makes him the perfect final piece of the puzzle for an already outstanding group of personnel ready to deliver incredible content over the course of the five-day camp, and subsequent Mini Chowder Cup experience.

Please note that the Senators Elite Hockey Development-hosted selection camp officially gets underway tomorrow, June 21, at the Bell Sensplex. 2011-born individuals interested in taking part in this unique opportunity can still apply for the few remaining forward and defenseman spots!

Former Ottawa Senator Brendan Bell will further bolster the lineup of contributors for the U14 (2011) High Performance Training & Mentorship Camp, as he joins the development staff for the upcoming event.

Having played many years of professional hockey at the OHL, AHL, and NHL levels, Brendan will leverage his years of experience to convey key messages to camp participants while also leading a portion of the on-ice development for defensemen. Ensure that you attend the number-one camp for all 2011-born players and receive unmatched teaching from a team of industry leaders, both on and off the ice. Apply for the few remaining forward and defenseman spots before the beginning of this weekend's official selection camp, which starts tomorrow!

ANNOUNCEMENT:
We are thrilled to announce the addition of Mike King, Video Coach for the Ottawa Senators, to our roster of world-class experts who will be collaborating to deliver the Senators Elite Hockey Development U14 (2011) High Performance Training & Mentorship Camp next month.

Mike served as a development coach for the Ontario Hockey League's Sudbury Wolves for three seasons, was a professional Video Coach for four AHL seasons, spent four years with Team USA at the World Championship level, and is entering his sixth season as a member of the Senators' coaching staff. He will impact all players chosen for this camp through his presentation on topics relevant to their upcoming season and beyond. Don't miss out on the opportunity to learn from Mike and the rest of our expert team at the 2024 SEHD High Performance Training & Mentorship Camp.

Casey is anxious to bring his immense knowledge of what it takes to play the game at the highest levels to our July camp and be on the bench with one of our teams participating in the Mini Chowder Cup.
