Can you do custom animation for me? (Create animation/video as per my requirement)
No, we don’t do that. You can select any videos available on our website and you get the same videos with your logo instead.
Can you change anything in the video apart from the logo?
If possible, we can only change color in some videos but you need to mention that when sending details via email. (Note: not all videos support/allow to change the color)
How do you accept payment?

How long does it take to create my videos?After the payment and details are received via email, we need 24-72 hours to prepare it.
Do I own the videos? Can I use that on websites and social media like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok?
Yes you own the videos for lifetime; we will send videos in MP4 format by email link.
Can you edit our existing logo?
No, we can’t edit your existing logo, only your logo designer who has the editable file can do that.
