Hey Everyone! Here's how we work!

Pre-Consultation: We can talk through email, meet in person, video chat or phone call whatever your preference. Discuss your vision for custom portraits or wedding guest painting; this includes number of guests, any customizations, venue and location/date ect.

Customization: You can choose to have addons to the base package; wedding date, custom backgrounds, guests names which can add an extra touch of sentimentality to the keepsake.

Contract: We can then go through the contract for the session which will include information on deposit, travel, liability ect.

Custom Portraits: We try within one week of order to have your portrait completed and ready for pickup/delivery!

Day of Event: We show up early to the reception and get set up! Where will be determined ahead of time. We'll bring all necessary materials such as high-quality watercolours, paper, brushes ect.

Live painting: Your guests as they show up or through the event will have the opportunity to stop by our table and have their photo taken, through the night we'll paint the guest to capture each person's unique features and personality in our artistic style! Each guest receives a one-of-a-kind memento from the event.

It's such a great way to add a personal and elegant touch to any celebration!
