Happy Weekend!! This mild weather is feeling like spring is just around the corner……even though not just quite yet. Getting closer to welcoming our 2025 couples, going through final walk throughs and details of their most special day, cannot wait!!! 🤗 These pictures are a throwback to the beautiful wedding of Justine and Nick held here this past summer in August. 🫶 Such a great day, we love our wedding family so much. ❤️ Thank you for finding us and allowing us to be such an important part of your life’s journey. ✨

We have had so many beautiful moments in the 8 years we have been doing wedding ceremonies. My all time favourite I think is being the last person to see our brides/grooms walking down the aisle to say “I do”. I love to always snap a picture as they walk down the aisle. Whether it’s fluffing up the dress, straightening the bow tie, or calming some nerves, I get quite emotional every single time knowing a whole new adventure awaits for our beautiful couples, and how lucky am I that I get to be the last person to see them before that happens. Grateful to be a part of so many new journeys. ❤️
We have a few spots left for our 2026 season. They won’t last, so book your tour soon if you are looking for a really special place to start your new journey as a married couple.

Time to pop the champagne a say farewell to 2024! It was a year celebrating so many beautiful couples saying “I do”. Thank you all for making 2024 another special year here at The Red Tin Barn! We are so excited to be welcoming our 2025 couples who will be getting married here, with the first ones starting in a little less than 6 months from now! Wishing you all love, health, and prosperity for 2025. ❤️

We only host one wedding ceremony per day out here so our couples can enjoy a stress-free experience right from getting married to mingling with guests to having time for all their amazing photos. When I look back at all the pictures of our couples, it’s really hard to believe this little slice of heaven is so close to the city. Pictures like this fill our hearts up so much! Jocelyn and Craig were married here September 2022. It was so great running into them at a Farmers Market a couple of weeks ago. 🫶 .
We only have 6 available dates remaining for 2026! Thank you everyone for the love you continue to give us year after year and trusting us with one of the most important days of your lives ❤️. If you want a beautiful spot for your wedding ceremony, now is the time to book a viewing. Soon we will be booking into 2027!

Current views, a change of scenery around here this morning and we’ll take it! I love when our property transforms into its winter wonderland. ☃️❄️ It feels so cozy and peaceful out here and makes for such beautiful walks. ✨
There is still an opportunity to bring your family out to enjoy some fresh country air, our winter wonderland and getting beautiful family photos to cherish a lifetime, all while part of the proceeds going to help to support a great organization . There are a few spots left for the winter mini sessions happening out here on November 23rd and 24th. 🎄There will be a couple of sets set up (the barn as a backdrop, a cozy hay bale couch by the pond and another set up by the pine trees). With Halloween out of the way these remaining few spots are going to book up quickly, so be sure to secure your time before it is all booked up!

💛🦋 Hey Everyone! 🦋💛
We have a super special event happening here on November 23rd and 24th. It’s a fundraising event for an organization (Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect) that is very close to our families heart. Shea-Lynn was a very close friend to our daughter, Kate. There will be 20 minute mini sessions held here by 3 amazing photographers over two days that weekend. Day 1 will be and Day 2 will be and . All these photographers have been here over the years and are amazing! A great chance for the opportunity to get pictures done by them here in our winter wonderland, all while helping to support a great cause. Limited availability so best to book early. 😊

🦋💛 Some info about Shea-Lynn’s Butterfly Effect :

SBE was established after the McGaw family tragically lost their 16-year-old daughter in a car crash. Sadly, she was not wearing a seat belt. Their mission is to prevent other families from facing a similar tragedy by increasing seat belt use. A portion of each mini-session fee will be going directly to SBE to help them develop programs, services and resources that will help to spread awareness within our schools and community. We are proud to support their efforts. Together we can make a difference in road safety. Together we can prevent more families from experiencing such heartbreaking loss.
