Our Story

Our goal at Valley Tent & Party Rentals is to make your dream wedding come true. We take your wedding vision and suggest the products to create your vision. Our staff are highly experience in helping couples determine their wedding colours. Throughout the busiest season we have about 20 staff working together to make weddings come to light in the Ottawa Valley.

Our business began by specializing in outdoor events and have grown our inventory to provide all types of products for indoor and outdoor events! We have a Design Specialist for specifically ceiling draping and lighting.

We ensure our tents are wedding quality by continually replacing old inventory. All of our wedding tents are less than 5 years old. Our staff ensures tents are to the customer standards by inspecting and cleaning dirty spots after setup.

For indoor events we work with the couple to create a design for their venue. We carry the largest inventory of pipe and drape in the Ottawa Valley that can cover the perimeter of any venue. We have a wide selection of table cloth colours that come in all sizes: napkins, chair sashes, table cloths, and runners. We also carry a variety of table cloth fabric types such as sequin, faux burlap and satin.
