Just in time for the cold 🥶 Brodo hot chocolate 🍫 is back!!! Toasted white and milk chocolate make up our base topped with house made vanilla marshmallows and honey 🍯 biscotti!!! S'more in a cup, yes please 🙏 😍

Wicked vermicelli and crispy chicken 🐔 noodle 🍜 bowl with pickled green beans, Tara's peppers 🌶, miso maple roasted squash and chili crunch ranch!!!

This bad boy has been hanging 4 weeks now, slowly 🐌 releasing moisture, concentrating flavours and gaining intensity and depth with every passing moment....so it's pizza time 🍕 🍕 🍕

House cured pancetta and local honey 🍯 chili pears 🍐 take front stage as fresh mozzarella and gorgonzola bust out the bass line while our sourdough crust keeps the rhythm 😋 😀 🎶 🎵 🍕 🍕

All smiles 😃 from the squad at this year's Western Canadian Trap Championships in Kamloops this weekend!!! Great friends, great targets and I even got roped into cooking up some ribs on the bbq!!! Once a chef always a chef I guess 😆

Prawn confit with clarified garlic butter 🧈 😋 😍 👌.... I have eaten atleast a dozen already 😅. Serving these up alongside okanagan sockeye and creamed corn 🌽 for some wonderful catering clients.

Remember for any catering needs you may have, from that special wedding day to being the office hero with a freshly made sandwich barn board!!

The preserve shelf is packed with lots of goodies for your pantry. Curried Zucchini relish 🤩 is a new addition to our line up and it doesn't disappoint 👏 🙌 👌. Spicy mixed vegetables and ofcourse Brodo's infamous bread n butter pickles, warning, highly addictive 😋 😀 😄 😉

Slow 🐌 roasted beef 🐄 🐮 sando today with crispy banana peppers 🌶, creamy pickled onion 🌰 and leek + black garlic mayo

Also a killer sesame roast pear 🍐 salad with toasted goatcheese, kale and chili fennel dressing. By the way [email protected] picked all tye pears fresh this morning 🌄 from his neighbor 😀. Talk about "tree to me"
