Happening this weekend! Good curling PCC Teams! We are cheering you on.

Bobcaygeon Curling Club is hosting the Curling Ontario Wheelchair Doubles Championship starting on Friday, January 10 and ending Sunday January 12. It's free to watch athletes from Bobcaygeon, Peterborough Curling Club, King Curling Club, and the Ilderton Curling Club, play for the win. The event starts this Friday, January 10 - mark your calendars to attend the opening ceremonies at 3 p.m., first game at 4 p.m.. Saturday, January 11 and Sunday, January 12, games start at 9 a.m. Check back here for updates. Good luck☘️ and good curling🥌 to all the athletes!

A fun night on Saturday, January 4th at PCC's Try Curling event. Thank you to all the volunteers that came out to help! Thank you to all our members that brought out family friends to introduce them to our favourite sport! Great people, great curling, great fun!

So amazing! Thank you for all you do to promote the Stonehouse Hall and the Peterborough Curling Club! Great work, guys! Happy 2025.

Well…I want to congratulate my hubby and Chef Jeff MacDonald, and our team at The StoneHouse Hall for a spectacular holiday season! We could not have done this without our amazing staff, clients and family!
We finished the year off with a stellar NYE party with the Gunslingers Peterborough! We are grateful for all who we have crossed paths with and the many friendships we have created along the way. We are looking forward to another busy year! You know you have done something right when we are 3 days into the new year and already booking up our Christmas dates!

Exciting! PCC has lots of people to cheer for! Good curling everyone!

We are at the scotties open qualifier this weekend. It is a double knockout schedule. We won the first game! We will be back on the ice at 8:30 tonight playing team Metcalfe from Peterborough Curling Club

Canada’s highly anticipated lineups for the 2025 World Wheelchair Curling Championship and the 2025 World Wheelchair Mixed Doubles Curling Championship in Stevenston, Scotland, have been officially announced.

The athletes representing Canada at the 2025 World Wheelchair Curling Championship are:

Jon Thurston – Fourth
Gil Dash – Third and Skip
Doug Dean – Second
Collinda Joseph – Lead
Chrissy Molnar – Fifth

In the World Wheelchair Mixed Doubles Curling Championship, Canada will be represented by:

Mark Ideson – First/last
Ina Forrest – Middle

There is a nice piece (page 22) about PCC's wheelchair curling program in the Winter edition of Parasport Ontario's magazine covering the donation of delivery sticks to PCC and also PCC's expanding wheelchair curling program. There is also a big picture of Alec Denys (taken by Pauline Orpwood) at the Curling Ontario Wheelchair Open Doubles Provincial Championship in April 2023 which starts off the article (page 18).
