Marina and Colin recently had a perfect fall day for getting married at the grooms’ parents beautiful family home with nearly 70 friends and family in attendance.

We decorated the white tent with nearly 100 small bud vases with single fresh cut flowers on the guest tables, surrounded by pillar candles in cylinder vases. The sweetheart table included a runner made with ruscus and those same stunning candles. Strung across the tent poles, the family made “chandeliers” with tiny lights, adding a unique touch to the decor.

The outstanding catering buffet was provided by Jesse’s Tap and Grill. We were so impressed by the service and food quality by owner Adam, his fabulous chef, and his staff.

On a beautiful September fall day, Kyla and Aaron married in front of about 80 family and friends at Farmhill Weddings. The alpacas were out to greet guests at cocktail hour followed by a lovely buffet by caterer Heaven on Seven.

The tables featured rustic rattan chargers topped with a knotted teal napkin. A double layered runner laid down the middle - a sparkly gold on top of a white underlay. Gold towers with silk floral arrangements were placed strategically along the long guest tables.

Last weekend, the team was at Viamede Resort in the Kawarthas! Alexandra and Bradley married on the shores of Stoney Lake with 65 family and friends present.

The couples' decor theme was 'Boho Disco' with a really fun and unique combination of dried pampas grass and mini disco balls. A bud vase with a white rose and floating candles sat on sheer runners at each guest table. Hanging over the dance floor was fabulous boho arrangement made by the family!

The signing table consisted of two large co****le boards that guests were invited to sign. A truly original keepsake of the day!

A BIG congratulations goes out to Sarah and Austin! 🥂✨ This sweet couple both work in education and his proposal was made special by surprising her in New York. They recently had a beautiful, intimate wedding with family and friends - just under 70 guests.

At Northbrook Farm Weddings in Severn, the ceremony site was surrounded by tall trees on 10 acres with beautiful gardens and manicured lawns. An old century farmhouse was the backdrop for their reception tent on the farm property.

Guests enjoyed an impressive buffet from Feast Catering (, highly recommend them!) and sat together at harvest tables featuring greenery runners from end to end, with large white roses tucked into the head table runner. Dinner was followed by dancing with DJ Tyler.

On Sunday, June 23, Melody and Antony hosted a traditional Jewish and Ukrainian ceremony and reception with 170 guests at Farmhill Weddings in Peterborough.

Guests enjoyed charcuterie, tacos, and a peiroges, plus an EPIC late night spread of McDonald's, which our team picked up and displayed.

Florals were provided by our dear friend Heather Little of The Little Flower Shop, which included gorgeous peonies in Melody's bouquet. Not counting the rose napkins that Carole and Sarah folded for place settings - all 170 of them 😎

Congratulations to Emily and Dan! 🥂✨

Wheelhouse was on site last weekend to setup their tented outdoor reception on a friend’s private property, complete with gorgeous landscaping, a waterfall, and fountain.

The ceremony was held at Immaculate Conception Church in Peterborough.

Later, over 100 guests enjoyed a plated dinner catered by Personal Touch. Wheelhouse ladies were behind the bar, and DJ Ash MacD kept guests dancing through the night. Personal Touch even had their food truck on the premises for a late night snack of peirogies and poutine!

Congratulations, Ashna and Prasa! 🥂✨

This lovely couple were married this past Saturday and hosted 150 guests for a Bridgerton-inspired afternoon tea and concert on Sunday. The gorgeous set-up at the The Cosmopolitan Music Hall in Richmond Hill was complete with a floral two-tiered cake and a charming tea cart serving chai.

The reception style catering featured finger foods and beautifully decorated cupcakes, plus colourful popcorn placed on each chair as guest favours.

The couple was entertained by musician friends all afternoon in a most original and unique reception. The talented groom even played piano for guests and his childhood band performed two songs.

This wedding season has been sweeter than ever ✨🍰

Sage green had a big moment in 2023. With its earthy and nature-inspired hue, sage makes for an excellent companion to warm neutrals like sandy beige, warm linen, and soft cream. Some people are calling it a new neutral in itself!

Louis XVI Style Chairs AKA King Louis chairs have a classic French Neoclassical design distinguished by an oval back and typically upholstered. We saw them a lot in 2023!

Top wedding trend we noticed in 2023: gold cutlery! We especially love how it pops on dark wooden tables and linens.

Sometimes days don’t work out as planned. Mother Nature can be cruel and ruin outdoor weddings. Sometimes we have to do the best we can when outside gets wet and stays wet for most of the day. Outdoor dinners get ruined. As decorators, we have to move things indoors or modify the plan. Rain plans are important. This was our Monday start at 11 am with an elopement this afternoon and everything stayed wet all day even though it slowed down from this to a steady, annoying rainfall.

We had so much fun creating this beautiful space. All the greenery was cut by the bride's father on their family property. This venue is to die for. The Mount in Peterborough in November 2019. Thank you to our wonderful couple Kathleen and Mike.
