I’ve definitely got a bad case of GDD …. Anyone who’s spent time with me can verify my inability to keep my secateur with me (even though I wear a tool pouch) ☺️☺️☺️I hope you have somewhere to ‘get lost’ and surround yourself with joy 🌸🌸🌸

I love misty, overcast days in the garden, especially in the fall. I practically enjoy the garden when the structure of the plants, instead of the colour, is the focus. Plants going into dormancy, revealing texture, no longer seducing the eye with colour. When I design gardens I always spend time making sure there is seasonal interest because plants and the landscape, as in nature, should be enjoyed all year long.
The garden is full of edible flowers - what’s your favourite 🌺
