Here's the recipe to make it at home...
Time: 5 minutes
Serves 8 people
Ingredients:
1/2 cup pepitas
1 small garlic clove
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
Heaping 1/4 tsp sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 packed cup chopped kale
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
A few basil leaves
A few oregano leaves
Served on a cracker
Instructions:
In a food processor, pulse the pepitas and garlic until the pepitas are ground up. Add the cheese, salt, and pepper and pulse again.
Add the kale, basil, oregano, and lemon juice. With the food processor running, drizzle in the olive oil and process until combined. Season to taste.
