So pretty the even the cat can’t resist getting up close on this one.

A combination of engraving to celebrate a 40th spin around the sun and some fluffy bloom hand-painted around the bottle.

I can just picture this luxurious bottle on a chic bar cart. 😍

Summer is always full of celebration! Weddings, graduations, gatherings with friends - let me know if I can paint a bottle for someone special or a series for the VIPs.

Rosé all day! Just obsessed with these blushy Prosecco bottles, hand painted with florals.

This bottle painting mini-series could be used for Mother’s Day, but I could definitely see them as gorgeous personalized wedding party gifts or as part of table decor at a wedding.

Did you know that I can do this service live at an event or wedding? Live event artists are a huge trend and I’m here for it. It’s a unique way to entertain guests with a take-away that won’t end up in the bin.

Margaux, why the heck are you painting on bottles?

It’s actually trending for lettering artists to start offering bottle painting and engraving for live event brand activations and in-studio as a service.

That means a business hires the artist to do live lettering as a complimentary service to sales, like wine, perfume bottles or product packaging. It’s pretty endless in what can be done.

This is a pretty elaborate painting and wouldn’t be done on-site but could be done as an in-studio service for VIP presents and then personalized with engraving.

Holy balls. This weekend was a milestone for me, not just at the show but lettering in general. Customers came prepared with large orders and I did a record breaking (for me) number of bulbs - not just live to an audience but in one sitting.

Thank you to everyone who comes my way for these bespoke bulbs - it’s been a very successful 2023 season. Stuffed just about cleaned me out but I’ll reopen orders tomorrow after I do some inventory.

An extra big thank-you to my cousin who helped me this weekend. I couldn’t have managed it all on my own. We both earned our vino last night! ♥️

Dreamy green. I think it’s my favourite colour this season. It feels like this past weekend really was a kickoff to the holidays. I went on a holiday home tour in my community and ran into so many people asking about my last local market and cut-offs for orders. You’re all on Christmas mode now and I’m here for it.

Holiday bulbs/Stocking Tags - you can order while supplies last until Dec 17th. I can’t guarantee that I’ll have all the colours, I’m already out of white!

Pet Portraits - I’ve got availability for 5 more spots! I won’t take orders after Dec 10th.

House Portraits - these take me longer to do and I have room for 1-2 more. Please order by the the end of November!

So this video isn't time lapsed - but I really wanted to share with my previous students how slow I go when I'm lettering. Also - once you feel comfortable with your basic letters - how you can change up their look to give them different styles or feels. My workshop for Jan 28th is FULL. But if I could find another group of 10-12 people looking for a class - let me know and I'll set one up before I 'pop' on Feb 15th. Now get back to practicing!
