I’ve been quiet online this summer but a busy bee behind the scenes.

Between your weddings, fundraisers, balls and other events I was planning my own wedding! And let me tell you, Brides and Grooms, I have a whole new appreciation for everything you’re doing leading up to and including your big day!

This past weekend my handsome Husband and I said ‘I do’ at the beautiful and I’ll be back there this weekend with a photobooth for their Bridal Show. Make sure you pop by, take some photos and say Hi!

A huge shoutout to the absolutely incredible for capturing our day. Here is a small sneak peek of her out of this world talent.

A few props drying in the bath tub.

I have a rule, if I wouldn’t put it on myself for pictures - neither should you.

So when I found a random bag of props this morning from last Fall that I wasn’t sure if it had been cleaned or not I spread them out in the tub, sprayed them down good with disinfectant and rinsed with hot water. Would germs be dead after this long without that if they hadn’t already been done? Probably. But I wouldn’t pick one up and put it on, so into the tub they went.

I can’t guarantee there are zero germs on my props, because let’s face it, someone at your event has likely already worn it, but I can guarantee that I clean or replace between events to do what I can to help with cleanliness.

LIMITED TIME SALE!!!!

As you can imagine, I dropped a pretty penny on my newest Photobooth this weekend so I’m running a limited time sale to welcome her, show the other 2 booths some love and honestly - make my bank account not hate me so much 🤪

With this newest addition I have pretty much every date for the rest of the year available now so book today!!!

This is a base package, that 90% of people get, but you can add on extras like idle time, a 2nd or 3rd booth, more hours, travel outside of Northumberland/Durham etc. for fair fees.

This popped up in my Memories on Facebook today so I had to share.

“Not all photobooths are created equally.

Caleb is fascinated by the photobooth and anytime he sees one he insists on us doing pictures 😍 A boy after my own heart.

Today we stopped in at the Big Apple and he insisted we did the photobooth. I happened to have some change in my wallet so agreed.

The machine looked fancy and I put the $4 in. When these strips on the left printed out my mouth literally dropped open.

In Photobooth Communities I'm in the topic of if photo quality really matters comes up frequently. Although I will agree, not everyone cares if the photobooth pictures are such high quality they can be blown up to poster size, I've personally done this with Durham Photobooth photos and I know customers have too. But the reality is poster size enlargements aren't everyone's goal with photobooth pictures, a fun, memory is usually sufficient. However, come on now, this is just painful.

When booking a always ask to see examples of THEIR personal work, events they have done, not stock photos they've bought.”

I’ve been quiet on here, I know! After 10 years in the business I always sort of slow down the first few months of the new year and take a breather before all the Proms, Grads, Weddings and corporate events start coming at once.

Exciting news though, during this downtime, my partner Brad and I got engaged. So now, here I am in all of you lovely Brides shoes saying where the hell do I begin!? Man, it’s different on this side of the table!

Looking for suggestions of Venues first.

Happy Labour Day!

I’m a firm believer that every job is essential. As we have learnt over the past few years, we all depend on each other. From the worker at a fast food restaurant to the CEO of a Hospital we are all needed!

If you have the day off today, enjoy it! If you don’t, I sincerely hope you have a day off soon! If you come in contact with someone having to work today, it should go without saying, but be a little extra kind.

For all the Students moving away for the first time this weekend… Go easy on your Folks. It’s an emotional and very different time for them. Something I didn’t understand until I had children of my own, and I promise, you’ll understand one day 💕

Last night we were at the 2nd Annual Backyard Bash, this year in support of and with a very large, light room we decided to add a big pop of colour with the colour burst backdrop!

This backdrop is a favourite of many, it’s so bright and fun and just makes you smile looking at it.

A simple, natural backdrop set up for today!

Today’s fundraiser is to develop the outdoor space at and I had originally planned to use my hedge backdrop, but when I arrived and saw the beautiful greenery behind I knew letting the natural beauty shine was the best idea.

If you’re in the area, come on out before 4pm and try the photobooth out for yourself and see why everyone loves it so much!

I love providing a crisp, clean, visually appealing set up 👌🏼

Minimal cords visible, and having it straight and taped down using the shortest path possible. Simple things like this make my OCD heart smile 😊

But seriously….

Your venue may say they provide a “photo booth” or “photo wall” etc. but what that typically entails is a backdrop, or a hanging frame for your guests to take photos on their phones.

I mean, that’s cool and all.. But it’s not a Photobooth 🤷🏼‍♀️
