The work that often goes on behind the scenes at a concert or live event is often overlooked and / or missed by the attendee.
If you've enjoyed an amazing concert / show, then you have the Sound guys, lighting techs, and crew to thank for that. because without them, that concert wouldn't have sounded, looked, or even been the same!

Let's start a new trend here on social media.
Express our gratitude to these amazing guys and gals running the show by posting a photo of them hard at work behind the scenes followed by the hashtag and a note of gratitude.
Don't forget to tag the performer / speaker or musician on stage at the show you just attended so that they know how much you appreciate their crew.
Remember, the crew often works tirelessly behind the scenes without recognition, just to give you an amazing experience and something to remember. 😉
