We couldn’t be more thrilled with how yesterday’s wedding came together perfectly for Taylor & Phil. So much so as they were leaving we were planning ways to have them back again soon together🤍 From their vendors, bridal party, family, friends & even the weather - this celebration was packed with love & so magical. Tent Rental on a private property:
- The company delivers, sets up & takes down 🙌🏻
- Expensive (the cost of a tent rental is comparable to an entire wedding set up at our venue😉)
- You’ll need to also rent/build flooring 🤑(especially if you’re expecting rain)
- You’ll need to determine your municipality’s requirements to obtain a permit & added cost associated. This means requesting locates & ensuring there are no potential hidden hazards.
- Do you have enough levelled, accessible space to accommodate a tent of this size?
- Electricity! A BIG factor! This can get tricky when you’re running extensions from adjacent buildings. Make sure it can handle the anticipated load so you’re not tripping breakers/losing power during your celebration!
- Is there enough space for parking? Or for a limo/shuttle/bus to turn around? You don’t want any cars getting stuck in a muddy lawn! Or walking a mile in the rain if road parking is the only option, especially for any guests with accessibility concerns.
- Washrooms! Do you have adequate space for an outdoor rental? Or are you inviting all your guests into your home?
- Lighting✨ You can rent lighting with your tent rental but another added expense to consider along with enough tables & chairs for all your guests plus extra tables for gifts, deserts, catering set-up, etc
- You’ll also likely need a bar set-up. Along with that, a fridge & freezer would be helpful
- So now, after all these steps you’re finally ready to decorate! A rather large but most satisfying job. You don’t need sleep do you? 😅

Each package includes: A brand new stunning large tent, flooring, tables, chairs, lighting, bar (including fridge & freezer), parking, washrooms, permits, space, all the labor to prepare the beautiful, garden filled property and so sooo much more!

- Our venue cost is likely significantly less than it would be to organize & facilitate the same event through various rentals with zero work on your end. Just arrive with your favourite vendors and personalized decorations.

Fun Fact💫 We hosted this entire wedding prior to having power installed in our event space. This beautiful, large & diverse set-up was powered entirely by strategically placed inverter generators. We’re incredibly thrilled to have pulled it off pretty flawlessly & have full power in our venue space moving forward into 2024 with our new tent. We didn’t buy a made venue but we couldn’t be more proud of how far ‘We’ve Made It’ 🥰

This might sound crazy, and it probably is… But there’s a moment of remise for us as your venue following your wedding day. It’s an incredible honour being a part of all your hard work, planning your dream day at our property and watching your friends & family gather with so much love for you with all the emotions that come with this celebration. Currently watching our ceremony space comes alive with a carpet of wild flowers & clovers in bloom under the beautiful, soaring poplars. This typically begins to take place mid June for reference!
