Just like us, flowers need help sometimes, too.
They often get broken during transportation/during processing/while being handled, their heads are too heavy for their soft stems or other various reasons.
Sometimes I can salvage flowers with this little trick of feeding 18 gauge wire up the stem. It doesn't affect the longevity of the flower, but allows you to continue enjoying it when otherwise it may need to be tossed.

I definitely wouldn't have been able to accomplish this week's feats without the help of @glowwithnette/@happybarnphotography @taniarosebrown @powellriverrealestate @springtime.gardencentre, my efficient delivery boy and my hubby + children who didn't see me for 5 days. I've started asking for help with this biz of mine and it makes such a difference - if you're like me and never ask for help, I highly recommend changing that because it makes such a difference when you do!
The shop is open for business this Wednesday through Sunday and Monthly Flower Subscriptions head to their homes this Friday so there's no down time in my flower world and that's ok with me!
