Every wedding looks a little different when it comes to day-of coordination, and that’s one of my favourite parts of this service.

This bride had planned everything exactly how she wanted it. My job was simply to take her plans and make sure everything ran smoothly on the wedding day.

I handled a few pickups and deliveries, coordinated the ceremony, relocated some decor, and took care of the little details behind the scenes.

It wasn’t a long day for me, but it made a huge difference for her. She didn’t have to worry about what needed to happen next, and her family and friends could enjoy the morning and celebrate with her instead of working behind the scenes.

Sometimes day-of coordination isn’t about taking over — it’s about giving you the freedom to actually enjoy the day you worked so hard to plan.

From Bridal Expo Giveaway Winner to WIFE!

When this beautiful bride won our Bridal Expo giveaway, she won full-service wedding coordination… with a wedding date less than FOUR months away!

So, we got to work — FAST! We booked vendors, built timelines, coordinated all the details, completely transformed the reception venue, and worked through all the little changes that come with planning a wedding in such a short timeframe.

Most importantly, my goal was to make sure she could actually enjoy being a bride and stay as stress-free as possible throughout the process.

I absolutely loved working with her and being part of such an important chapter in their lives. Seeing everything come together on their wedding day made all those late-night timelines and last-minute details worth it.

Congratulations to the newlyweds! I hope you’re soaking up every minute of married life and making the best memories together.

It was such a joy working with this beautiful to bring their wedding vision to life. From the very beginning, they knew they wanted a day that felt like them — and every detail came together to create exactly that.

You could truly feel the love between these two throughout the entire day. The way they looked at each other, the little moments they shared, and the joy surrounding them made their wedding so incredibly special.
