Another happy and successful evening! The specially designed Birthday menu for four friends included: Beef Consomme with Profiterolles, Deboned Stuffed Chicken Galantine with Wild Mushroom Cream Sauce, Swiss Scalloped Potatoes, and Glazed Vegetables. Dessert was a delicious Chocolate Moelleux, served alongside Rosemary Ice Parfait, and garnished with fresh berries. A B.C. Pinot Noir added the final touch to a lovely evening.
