Light Up The Night Sky! Our 4th Annual Light The Night event, set up your cake to go off at 9:00 pm. Purchase a fireworks cake and a portion of the proceeds will go to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 43. Go to starlightfxonline.ca and purchase your fireworks cake or kit and help out our local Legion.
Pick up will be at the back of the Connaught Youth Centre starting tomorrow December 28th until the 31st of December from noon until 6 daily.
It is one of the three nights a year a fireworks permit is not required. We started this even in 2020 to blow out one of the worst year's I have ever experienced and to have everyone safe in their own Covid bubble celebrating the New Year. By starting this event at 9 pm, most of those who go to bed early and miss the midnight fireworks are able to participate and still get a good nights sleep.

*EDIT: If you are nervous about making a purchase online, you are more than welcome to come to the back parking lot of the Connaught Youth Centre and purchase directly from one of the Legion Volunteers who are there from noon until 6 pm daily until Saturday!
