Attention Customers:
Effective March 31, 2024, prices and rates will be changing. We will also be working to provide more methods for payment, setting up GST & PST, as well as working on some behind the scenes work. Here’s what is changing:
The rates and prices are:
- Travel Fee: $2.50 per kilometre traveled to and from Regina City Limits
- Events less than 4 hours: $90.00 per hour (Minimum 2.5 Hour Charge)
- Events 4 hours and longer, but less than 6 hours: $85.00 per hour.
- Events 6 hours and longer, but less than 8 hours: $80.00 per hour
- Events 8 hours and longer, bur less than 10 hours: $70.00 per hour.
- Events 10 hours and longer, but less than 12 hours: $60.00 per hour.
- Events 12 hours and longer: $50.00 per hour.
- Fog use: $10.00 per hour of use
- Cancellation fee: $150.00 ***NOTE: The fee will only be implemented if the event is cancelled after we have arrived or have set up. Some exceptions may apply or discounts on the fee may be given under uncontrollable circumstances.***
- Minimum 2.5 Hour Charge for events
- *Larger events may require a van rental. This fee will be added to your quote if required*
Some of the changes we are currently working on are:
- Getting set up to accept Visa, Debit, Credit, and Mastercard
- Setting up GST and PST **Note: We are hoping to keep flat prices and have the tax included in the price for your convenience.**
- Updating Effects, Lighting, and Sound Equipment
- Designing a new logo
- Designing and ordering business cards
- Setting up a designated phone / text line
- Purchasing Table Cloths to hide cables and controllers
- Hanging Disco Balls
- Point Spotlighting
- *** We will now be requiring a minimum of 21 days of notice for confirmation of hours, the location of the event and your playlist***
