The Estelle Event Centre - opening April 2025✨

Located in the Warehouse District with over 3,300 square feet of space, this venue will be idea for weddings, conferences, showers, markets + more. The space will feature lots of natural light, high ceilings, an open floor plan, and parking. Designed with elegant simplicity in mind, this space will be easily transformed to suit any event style imagined.

I will be finishing out the 2024 season coordinating some wonderful weddings, but starting in 2025 I will only be taking on coordination/planning services at the Estelle Event Centre.

One of my favourite moments from Kelsey and Kris’ wedding was when we found them taking a breather on the couch outside the reception space. Just the two of them unplugging from the hustle and bustle of wedding day to connect and kick their feet up for a brief moment.

Wedding days can be long (sometimes 17+ hours) so remember to take any space that you need to breathe, relax, and truly connect with each other. Sometimes all you need is 5-10 minutes of being with the person you love most doing absolutely nothing🤍

Our wedding season officially kicks off today and we couldn’t be more excited!

Let’s chat music for your big day🎵 Here’s the list of events that you should choose music for throughout your wedding day:

• Groomsmen walking down the aisle
• Bridesmaids walking down the aisle
• Bride walking down the aisle (if different from the previous song)
• Signing the wedding registry
• Walking up the aisle in celebration as a couple for the first time
• Entrance to the reception
• First dance song
• Parent dance
• Outfit change/glow sticks/go-to song to get people on the dance floor
• Final dance

Of course, each wedding is unique in the amount of songs they want but brainstorming these ahead of time will help incorporate your personal style and set the mood for the day!

Hey, I’m Ellen🙋🏻‍♀️ I’m the founder and Lead Event Planner here at Estelle Events. I started my business in May of last year and have been loving it ever since. Here are a couple things you may not know about me:

• I’m an advertising project manager by day at Bravo Tango
• I prefer iced coffee all year round (yes, even on those -40 days)
• I’m a foodie! A few of my favourite local spots are Fireside Bistro, Siam, and Skye Cafe
• I have an obsession with Hidden Valley Ranch
• I love watching garbage reality TV
• My husband and I love to travel and go camping
• Going to the dog park with my family is one of my favourite weekend activities
