We’ll be hosting an Open House next Saturday from 11:00-6:00🎉 Stop by to see the space set up in a reception style and ask any questions.

We can be found at 230-2410 Dewdney Avenue. We’re in the same building as Dons Photo and Arigato Sushi. Our space is at the back of the building, so you’ll drive past Dons Photo to a square parking lot at the back of the building. From there you’ll see a deck with our sign!

The Estelle Event Centre - opening April 2025✨

Located in the Warehouse District with over 3,300 square feet of space, this venue will be idea for weddings, conferences, showers, markets + more. The space will feature lots of natural light, high ceilings, an open floor plan, and parking. Designed with elegant simplicity in mind, this space will be easily transformed to suit any event style imagined.

I will be finishing out the 2024 season coordinating some wonderful weddings, but starting in 2025 I will only be taking on coordination/planning services at the Estelle Event Centre.

One of my favourite moments from Kelsey and Kris’ wedding was when we found them taking a breather on the couch outside the reception space. Just the two of them unplugging from the hustle and bustle of wedding day to connect and kick their feet up for a brief moment.

Wedding days can be long (sometimes 17+ hours) so remember to take any space that you need to breathe, relax, and truly connect with each other. Sometimes all you need is 5-10 minutes of being with the person you love most doing absolutely nothing🤍

• Groomsmen walking down the aisle
• Bridesmaids walking down the aisle
• Bride walking down the aisle (if different from the previous song)
• Signing the wedding registry
