Figure out your maximum guest number
· What is the capacity for your ceremony location?
· Does this differ from your reception location?

Decide who gets a say
· Is it just you and your fiance deciding?
· Do your parent(s) get a say in who attends?

Focus on your inner circle first, and then work outwards
· Close family and friends should be added first, and then work your way to your outer circle
