👇 Below are 3 ideas you can borrow for planning your wedding:

1. If your plates are going to be at the buffet table, consider renting a charger plate (like the gold charger plate, pictured) so that your reception tables look more complete & finished, even without the dinner plate present

2. Layer your glassware heights with one taller, stemmed glass and one shorter glass. The shorter glass should be between 1/2 and 2/3 the height of the tall glass for proper proportions

3. Add a colourful, textured napkin and a menu or name card for interest at your place setting

Last week was… a WEEK! One we couldn’t have done without every SINGLE one of our crew!

Did you know last week was our LARGEST week to date. Some of these events were planned a year in advance others a few months and some that week!!! A quarter of our years revenue was done in one week🤯

But let’s be honest we couldn’t have done it without our AMAZING team! We put our heart into every client and every job… last week didn’t just happen hours were spent in the office, the warehouse and on-site! There was a lot of juggling, a lot of late nights and early mornings but somehow we managed to pull it off!!!

The story behind these wedding photos: When Madeline & Filip’s reception venue unexpectedly closed down 3 weeks before their wedding day, the team was tasked with finding a new location & moving the event.

As the couple’s date was on a popular September weekend last year, most venues were already booked - so they pivoted to build a custom clearspan tented venue on the WELCA grounds, located in central Edmonton ✨

The wedding could not have come together more beautifully - this is the result of working with an incredible wedding planning and vendor team!

Serpentine tables are a curved table, with a curved inside edge, allowing for endless layout options & configurations where guests can sit on both sides, but they are something different than a traditional family-style long rectangular table layout 🤍

Q: “What sizes and styles do you have available?”⁣
A: Our tent sizing starts with little 10’x10’ pop-up tents, and then they just get bigger from there and come in pretty well any size you can think of! 15’x15’, 20’x20’, 20’x40’...... 40’x100’... whatever size you need! If you’re unsure of the best size for your event, just ask for our recommendation🙌🏻⁣
