✨3 YEARS✨

I can hardly believe it’s been three years since I launched Ele & Co., sitting on the hallway floor, cup of coffee in hand, unsure what the next step would be. It’s been a wild ride and an exciting journey, helping 29 couples bring their dream weddings to life in this time. 🤍

I’m thrilled to announce that my 2025 season is already fully booked, and I’ll be holding off on opening 2026 bookings until the 2025 season wraps up.

You may have also noticed that I’m starting a new adventure - a new space that will tug more on my creativity strings and I can’t wait to get started. For more info, check out 👀

Planning a wedding is more than choosing tablecloths and florals. It involves managing PEOPLE. It means getting everyone on the same page — to execute your big day, exactly as you dreamed it — and that can be one of the trickiest parts. Did we collectively forget that people go to school to learn how to manage people?! Planning a wedding basically requires HR expertise. You have to…

🌷 Make sure your transportation actually shows at the right time.

🌷 Align photographers and videographers with the exact moments you want to capture.

🌷 Keep track of catering and which food is coming out when.

🌷 Herd large groups of people from standing around to seated at the ceremony.

🌷 Cue your MC for the announcement of your grand entrance.

…And the list goes on. 🙃 But luckily, these are many of the things your wedding coordinator (and people-manager extraordinaire) will handle for you. Including shouting at Uncle Jerry to sit down, and telling mom’s friend Linda to keep her iPad out of your photographer’s way.

Trust that your wedding planner has seen it all and will handle it all. 🙈

What should you do if you and your partner can’t agree on a major wedding-related decision? 🙃
This can be so stressful, and it looks SO different in every circumstance — but don’t spiral, it just means you’re both humans, dealing with a day that has so much emotion (and expectation) tied into it.

Consider this food-for-thought:

🤍 Come up with a third option that feels good to both of you. You know, that whole ‘compromise' thing people are always talking about.

🤍 Give and take. Your partner may get to choose the DJ, but you get the red velvet cake you’re dreaming of.

🤍 Bring your wedding planner on board as a tie-breaker. We can guide you towards the right decision based on tried-and-true expertise, knowing what works best.

🤍 Flip a coin. Because there are so many meaningful decisions to make, you don’t have time to get caught up on every little one.
