Argentinian Chef Ricardo Rodriguez has been dazzling Regina's taste buds since 2001. For years he's mastered his skills at restaurants such as, La Bodega, The Creek in Cathedral Bistro, Table 10 and his very own, Patagonia Catering. Studying culinary arts in Buenos Aires and beginning his career in Patagonia Argentina, Ricardo formed a solid foundation of classic techniques in which he draws upon

to experiment with fresh, local, and organic ingredients to design authentic creations. Over Ricardo's time in Regina, he has contributed to countless festivals, been voted Prairie Dogs best chef multiple times, and participated three times at the Gold Medal Plates, taking silver in 2013. When away from the kitchen, Ricardo enjoys his time around the table with his two sons, partner, and friends. Over the years he continues to visit his relatives in Argentina, maintaining a strong family connection. With roots in South America, he has successfully made a home in Saskatchewan by exploring the region and building a strong relationship with the Regina community. Ricardo is honoured to be part of Regina's very talented culinary scene and is continually grateful for everyones love and support.
