Ryan Getzlaf
Ryan Getzlaf has been called the most accomplished player in Regina hockey history. He played his entire 17-year NHL career with the Anaheim Ducks, becoming the franchise’s all-time leading scorer. Ryan led the Anaheim Ducks in games played, assists, points and assists per game, while also holding the record for most assists in a season. In 2007, Ryan became a Stanley Cup champion as part of the Anaheim Ducks.
However, Ryan’s hockey accomplishments don’t end there. Ryan helped represent Canada in the 2010 and 2014 Olympics, securing two gold medals. He’s played in three NHL All-Star Games, was a member of the 2005 World Junior Championship team, and won a silver medal at the 2008 IIHF World Championship.
Supporting the next generation of hockey players is important to Ryan, as we can see from the creation and support provided to the Anaheim Duck Learn to Play program, which offers first-time hockey players the chance to play in full hockey equipment for free. Ryan also hosts the annual Getzlaf Golf Shootout and MVP Party in support of CureDuchenne muscular dystrophy, which to date has raised over 3.5 million for this worthy cause.
Chris Getzlaf
Chris Getzlaf is a two-time Grey Cup Champion who played a total of eleven seasons in the CFL, nine and a half of which were played for the Saskatchewan Roughriders. Chris has always called Saskatchewan home, as he grew up in Regina, SK.
Some of his CFL career highlights include nearly 6,200 yards receiving, 41 touchdowns, as well as two championships. Chris was named Most Outstanding Canadian in the 2013 Grey Cup, and ultimately retired as a Roughrider in 2018.
Chris’ charitable contributions to his community are substantial, including the Red Cross’s Imagine No Bullying Campaign and the Getzlaf and Friends Charity Golf Tournament in support of the Children’s Wish Foundation.

Rod Pedersen is a Hall of Fame broadcaster who spent 20 seasons as voice of the Saskatchewan Roughriders and Regina Pats. The Milestone, SK product is also a 2-time bestselling author with books on the Roughriders and SJHL.

Josh Miller
Josh Miller (the Bearded Prairie Chef) started Bearded Prairie Chef Catering and Private Events in 2019 after finishing top 3 in MasterChef Canada. Josh and his crew focus not only on providing amazing meals and experiences but also showcasing home grown Saskatchewan products.
After growing up in Saskatchewan his entire life, Josh has a great appreciation for the hard-working people of this great province and all the amazing products that they provide. Growing up in a big family, Josh watched as his family constantly invited people in for dinner to share homemade meals and laughs. They are why he LOVES food.
Food is all about connection and love, it brings people together. Being on MasterChef Canada reminded Josh about his love for food and how he wants to showcase all the amazing homegrown products right here at home.
