🌟 Three years ago, we rolled into this heritage neighborhood with our food truck, driven by a simple mission: to help feed our houseless neighbors and support our community however we could. Today, we’re thrilled to share that we’re back – but this time, we’re here to stay and build something lasting! 🎉

Returning to this area feels like coming full circle, and we couldn’t have done it without the amazing support of everyone who believed in us. Thank you for being a part of our journey, from serving meals on the truck to helping us open our doors here. We can’t wait to continue growing and giving back to this beautiful neighborhood. 🍲🌈

Thank You for an Incredible Summer! ☀️🌭

What a summer it's been! From serving up our signature Nashville Hot Schnitzel Sandwich to meeting new faces and reconnecting with loyal fans, we’ve had an unforgettable season. We’re especially grateful for some amazing milestones, including winning Best Overall Food Truck at Saskatoon Food Truck Wars and being named one of the top People’s Choice trucks in Regina! 🏆🎉

As we close up the food truck for the winter, we want to extend a HUGE thank you to everyone who supported us. Your love for our German-inspired eats has meant the world to us, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

But the fun isn’t over! We’re excited to announce the opening of Dad’s Diner, a new restaurant where you can still find your food truck favorites alongside some delicious comfort food classics. Stay tuned for more details as we get ready to open the doors and keep serving up the flavor you love all year round!

Our two winning sandwiches, the Nashville Hot Schnitzel Sandwich and the Hot Honey BBQ Schnitzel Sandwich.

We make our own hot honey bbq sauce to glaze that delicious handmade schnitzel then decorate it with some freshly chopped jalapenos and bacon slaw.

The Nashville is finished with a butter based sauce with paprika, cayenne and a variety of other spices and our homemade pickles.
