Well…… this is what I’ve been up to. I spent the last 6 days cramming a s**t load of information into my brain went through 18 quizzes and one big final exam and brought in a 91.82% on my first attempt writing.
To say that I’m proud of my efforts would be an understatement.
This means something to me though which is why I kept it under tight lip. This is more than just a piece of paper that says I’m now a Nutritionist. There will be nothing but seriousness and commitment to come out of this journey!

Helps having a background following meal plans for so many years and an interest in this specific area in the health and fitness industry.
There are plenty of opportunities that will come into play and how I will incorporate them into my current food business operations.

I’m excited for the road ahead. Stay tuned

Our Dessert boxes are now available to order in time for the Christmas season.
We’re taking orders starting Now until Dec 7th please note, if you’re in Moose Jaw Delivery will be Dec 20th (time still tbd) Regina will be Dec 18th 4-7 pm

Items not as shown, they come in pizza boxes to help cut costs and leave it open for you to display on your own dinnerware.
Small boxes are 35 pieces for $45 and large is 50 pieces for $65
Boxes include: shortbread, cookies, gingerbread, cookies, chocolate, chip, cookies, lemon, squares, brownies, turtle bars, butterscotch, confetti, squares, butter, tart bar, pumpkin, pie bar, and Nanaimo bar.

These will not be offered in Gluten free but plan to come up with a little something for your intolerances as well, it’s in the works and testing phases this week.

Good afternoon friends. Since starting the food truck a few years ago I have not been giving this page as much love and attention. I have made the Benny’s page one page with both. Please click on the tag and go give the new page a follow/ like. This page will be coming down in the next few months and we’ll just be utilizing the one for all things delicious :)

We were voted platinum in the catering department for Regina community votes again this year, and we take that seriously. If you know me you know food is my passion.
We were fortunate to make sandwich platters for 100 ppl for Pacesetter homes last month, and because of our tasty sandwiches it landed us another gig with Sterling plumbing and heating.
For that I’m grateful and thankful because word of mouth and tasty food is the best advertising for small businesses like mine.

We did a funeral once and a man said “wow, that doesn’t look like mystery meat like we usually see come through these doors”
Makes my heart happy.

On today’s sandwich board we have pork souvlaki wraps, pulled pork, real roast beef and assorted cold cuts.

I’m off to delivery these beauties and make bellies happy today!
