We were voted platinum in the catering department for Regina community votes again this year, and we take that seriously. If you know me you know food is my passion.
We were fortunate to make sandwich platters for 100 ppl for Pacesetter homes last month, and because of our tasty sandwiches it landed us another gig with Sterling plumbing and heating.
For that I’m grateful and thankful because word of mouth and tasty food is the best advertising for small businesses like mine.

We did a funeral once and a man said “wow, that doesn’t look like mystery meat like we usually see come through these doors”
Makes my heart happy.

On today’s sandwich board we have pork souvlaki wraps, pulled pork, real roast beef and assorted cold cuts.

I’m off to delivery these beauties and make bellies happy today!

Long weekend here we come! If your in the city tomorrow the food truck will be parked at the Rugby club 4025 25th ave 9-1 pm

Oh butter tarts…… you know like the ones your granny used to make when you were little that she put a labour of love into? The delicious little pockets of flavour with the super flaky pastry and the delicious soft centre! Yeah that’s what I’m talking about!

Those be the kind we be making over here, pictured on my tray are what I call the delinquents, the ones that don’t cooperate when I try to get them out of the pan, which have to be done immediately after pulling from the hot oven otherwise they stick inside the pan. Those are the ones that don’t make it to the shops, doesn’t happen very often and although it’s frustrating I’m not complaining because now I have snacks for the week.

You can have your snacks too! Granny’s butter tarts are available at Rosemont hardware in Rosemont off 4th ave on Friday’s and Big bobs meats just north of the city on the way to Southey! Every Tuesday-Saturday.

Happy Sunday lovers of food!

We announced the other day our collab with on making us a custom blend to serve our awesome customers, and while we wait for our shipment to arrive I figured I’d pull a blend that I have at home and serve it up to you today

Good morning Foodies!
If you’re here for the onion rings you’re going to want to read. If you’re here because you’re new then please have a read. We’ve got menu updates etc.

First menu : this will be the menu inside the club (it’s cut off, thanks Instagram) . That we will serve on the Regular ( food truck options will not be available inside the building ) so if your coming for the onion rings, those will be only available once a week from inside the building ( date tbd) of if we’ve got the food truck there and open as well

Flag football menu will be what is available for purchase inside the building to help avoid the lines at the food truck the flag menu is available only, the regular in-house menu will not be available until after flag is over. This will keep things running more smoothly

We’ll be having weekly specials inside so we’ve got a menu for that!
We’ll also have some take out and pick up specials as well but I haven’t gotten that far yet, that will probably come near the end of May once we get the gears greased and have a feel for what operating inside is going to look like.

Saturdays are busy with flag at the R.C so I’d advise you to come after they’re done or a different day of the week, their season runs May 11th -June 22nd and parking can be tricky so just a heads up

We officially open May 11th
Have patience with us in the beginning please as we all navigate through this. Bad attitudes towards us will not be tolerated

Afternoon Foodies

We’ve got a big announcement and a lot of changes coming this season.

We’re setting up a permanent kitchen inside the Rugby Club.

Friday’s 5-midnight
Saturdays and Sundays 8-late (All those Flag football families will be fed)

I was bored this morning so I made 🥨 after dreaming about them for the past few weeks.

Put some garlic, butter and herbs on one, salt on the other and made some buns to sample for our food truck
Served with homemade garlic aoli and honey mustard sauce. Not gonna lie I ate 2 for breakfast! So good.

Do you like pretzels? We’d love to make you some!

Most people have a dining room table to entertain guests when they come over. And I used to be most people but, it’s 2024 and I own/ operate a small business.

When I was a kid parts of me were embarrassed to have friends over because I didn’t think my parents furniture was “in style” we had one of those retro floral brown and orange prints at one time. And now I’ve grown up and realized that I shouldn’t care so much what people think especially of my furniture, but I’m also very man my place screams I work in a kitchen.

The most important people in my life don’t mind that my house doesn’t look like a normal home and I’m okay with that.
They don’t complain because I feed them all the things when they come by 🤣 that too but honestly they know that that’s who I am. ❤️ Darla the dough bowl looks great all sitting pretty on these new tables. My hearts happy.
I am super excited to have these stainless steel tables in my possession. Rolling dough is gonna be amazing come Wednesday Morning!

One day we’ll have a bigger space but until then I’ll just build little by little
