A Glimpse at the opening of "Dream Mechanism" exhibition at Lipont Gallery.
The exhibition delves into the profound themes of the "new normal" in our rapidly changing world. Featuring nine talented artists from Metro Vancouver, this exhibition challenges us to contemplate the impact of technology, artificial intelligence, and synthetic biology on our daily lives and moral norms.

BFA GRADUATING EXHIBITION 2024
The artwork presented in the exhibition offers a glimpse into the practice of seventeen artists who have been part of a cohort for four years. Over this time, they have worked together and supported one another in their learning and artmaking. The exhibition marks a critical transit point in the lives of these students and in this time of transition. It serves as an anchor, a moment to reflect, assess, and analyze one last time before venturing beyond. It is wise to look both ways before taking such a step, and while the overarching themes are diverse, the concept of looking both ways binds the artwork together.
