We carry a wide variety of wines to choose from. We know how much time and planning goes into preparing for a wedding. We will help alleviate some of the stress by helping you choose and make wines to please everyone on your special day.

This month we celebrate Cru Select's Australia Style Shiraz 🇦🇺 Deep and dark in colour with a rich bouquet of fruit and a hint of cassis, this is the Shiraz that put Australian wines on the map. Ideal with spicy chili con carne or burgers with grilled onions and gouda cheese.

Be as merry as your drink 🎄 Our Cocktail of the month is the Festive Fling. Spread the holiday cheer and sleigh together!

INGREDIENTS
1 oz Cru Select Rosso Grande
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Chambord
3 oz Sparkling Cranberry Soda
1/2 oz Lemon/Lime Bar Mix
Frozen Cranberries for Garnish
Fresh Mint for Garnish

DIRECTIONS
1) Shake the Cru Select Rosso Grande, Brandy, Chambord, Sparkling Cranberry Soda, and Lemon/Lime bar mix in a shaker with lots of ice.
2) Pour into a glass with fresh ice, and top with frozen cranberries and fresh mint.
3) Enjoy! 🎉

Our wine of the month is Cru Select's Italy Style Rosso Grande. Deep ruby-garnet colour and spicy oak aromas, bursting with vibrant flavours of ripe berries and black cherries. This is a classic, food-friendly Italian style red wine. Great with meaty pizza or pasta and tomato sauce.

Christmas is around the corner, You still have time to make and enjoy a nice glass of wine with family and friends .

Our wine of the month is EPWS Winemaker's Trio White. This refined Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, and Muscat blend exudes pretty floral aromas with hints of tropical fruit and lychee. Flavours on the palate include juicy pineapple, mango, peach, and lychee.
