Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance and Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment. This position involves both housekeeping duties and routine maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, hallways, and restrooms.
- Conduct routine maintenance.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Assist in setting up and taking down equipment for events or meetings.
- Follow safety procedures and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and staff.
