Delivery Policy: Same day delivery by SMFD® is available in Saint John and the surrounding areas on orders placed as late as 2p.m. During peak holiday periods, cut off times for placing orders may vary. It is our policy to call ahead prior to delivery, we must ensure someone is home to receive the product. We do not leave product without the consent of the recipient. If we are unable to reach the

recipient, we will contact the sender to notify them, near the end of the day. Substitution Policy: Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value. For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
