For anyone who doesn't know what Truth Snack is, it's a platform geared toward youth where Matt journeys with doubting Christians toward confident faith.

She, like myself, is very detail oriented, and was able to sift through my numerous spreadsheets and documents with ease. She completed all tasks I desired, like helping with the flow of photos, ensuring payments got to vendors, and even attended our wedding rehearsal to ensure she understood the ceremony well. For Jessica and Jeff’s wedding, I was asked to do a Set-Up and Ceremony. I also had the privilege of working with Jessica at the end of their planning to finalize some details, work with the venue after postponements due to COVID, and help fine-tune the timeline and to-do lists!

My wonderfully-detailed bride was all-hands-on-deck and ready with her lists for anything that could possibly come up. All of her hard work paid off as her lists made set-up the morning of the big day a breeze–even Jeff and his groomsmen were on time and looking spiffy, right according to plan!

The ceremony at Divine Infant Catholic Church was beautiful and so special with readings, songs, and prayers lead by various family members. It was plain to see how much love was in the room that day and I am so happy for Jessica and Jeff.

After the ceremony, the limo was off to Grey Hawk Golf Course where guests were welcomed into the scenic reception and the bridal party went off with the talented Greyloft Studio photography team (Bethany is amazing!).

Soon after photos, my portion of the day came to an end, with the bridal party dancing into the reception, and Jess and Jeff ready to relax and just enjoy everything they had worked so hard to put together.

It was a joy to work with this couple, and I wish them every happiness as they start this new journey of marriage. May they always find ways to enjoy the simple blessings!

For Chelsea and Bryan’s wedding, I was asked to do a Set-Up and Ceremony. What does that mean? It means I get to come in at the end of planning to find out the final vision of their day, and how I get to bring it to life! As a complimentary service, I offered to run their rehearsal, supervise and run the ceremony, clean up the ceremony site, make sure everything is picture perfect as guests arrive to the reception, and stay until the newly weds arrive after their photos.

The weather made things a little uncertain with the rain early on in the day, but the sun came out to the song of “Here Comes The Sun” while we set up the reception site, and it was clear sailing after that!

The day went perfectly, even when Bryan had to run back (before the ceremony!) to retrieve the marriage license he’d forgotten. Chelsea was radiant and graceful as she crossed the bridge with her father escorting her proudly. And the bridal party was serenaded down the aisle by the beautiful strings of the Bridgerton soundtrack. The love was evident on their faces and in their vows, when the groom said “he knew he’d found the right person because he’d finally found someone louder than him,” at which point, his family agreed!

It was a joy to work with both Chelsea and Bryan and bring their vision, and all of their hard prep work, to life, and the result was beautiful. I wish them every happiness for their marriage and for their little family.

Who am I? My name is Samantha. I am a wife, a mom, and hopefully, your new wedding planner. I planned my own wedding at 21, so I can safely say, I’ve been there, I’ve done it, and I never want to plan my own again.

Why? Because wedding planning is stressful, it is chaotic, and it can really take a hit on the relationship you are so excited to celebrate. So that’s where I come in. My entire goal is to bring back the fun and enjoyment of weddings and to make sure the stress of it all doesn’t get in the way.

I am an honest person, and even more so when it comes to these kinds of events. They are not easy, and that’s why you need someone to stand in the gap for you so that you can actually enjoy the process. I want to be that person for you and I want to help and support you as much as possible. I will be there when you just need to cry it out because a family member is being impossible. I’ve done it before, and it won’t be the last time. I will be there to make sure the details don’t get missed and I will make sure you actually walk down that aisle.

How? Because I recognize that your relationship is going to go though trials throughout this process and you might wonder why you are even here. That’s why I make it my job to keep your relationship at the forefront. The wedding is not important. YOU and YOUR PARTNERSHIP is important. So I will constantly remind you of that and I will ask you when the last time you went on a date was. Because remembering what is important is what is going to get you down that aisle saying “I do”, not the wedding planning. So if you let me, I will be your realist, your dream maker, your fairy godmother, and I will make this special day all about what it should be: YOU.

I love making a vision a reality, not just for weddings, but for your Events, whether corporate or personal. If you are not someone who enjoys planning, taking on a task like organizing an event can be very stressful. So why not let me take on that stress? Much like when I plan weddings, I want the process to be enjoyable. I want you to have fun with getting to tour and choose venues, decide on a theme, sample a menu, and let me deal with the phone calls and logistics. I’m here so you can focus on what’s important to you.

As a WPIC Certified Wedding and Event Coordinator, I am trained in industry standards and knowledge. I will do everything in my power to make this process as seamless and enjoyable as possible, and make your vision come to life. I love budget planning and strive to make sure we’re under-budget. I love timelines, DIY projects, lists, setting up and just seeing all of our plans come to life. This is what I want to do for you and I can’t wait to find out what story you want to tell through your event!
