KBM MEMBERSHIPS are available for only $10 a year!

This yearly membership is an easy way to support the KBM monetarily and gives you voting rights at Annual General Meetings (AGMs).

Our 2025 AGM will be in May so be sure to sign up before then to vote on upcoming matters for the year.

KBM Outing Association Reveal

We couldn’t be happier with how our KBM open house turned out! KBM Outing Association is truly an excellent choice for your event, the rustic charm of the venue was beautifully enhanced with soft ivory draping and a stunning hanging pampas wreath that brought the entire look together.

A big shoutout to JLM Patisserie for the stunning cake, and to Glow Your Own Way for beautifully capturing all the magic!

We’re absolutely loving the creative process of tailoring our décor to suit each unique space and we can’t wait to share the video tours with you next week. Stay tuned, you won’t want to miss it! 👀

We are so excited to announce that for the first time in many years, the tennis net is up for the community to enjoy! 🎾☀️

Please be respectful of the property so we can keep the net up all summer long.

And stay tuned, we are working on more ways to enhance the courts until we fundraise enough to completely refurbish it!

Topic: Garbage Disposal
Effective immediately, renters are now responsible for removing all garbage from the premises. The KBM will no longer be disposing of garbage after a rental for any occasion or group.

As a community of volunteers, this task is no longer sustainable for us to maintain.

Moving forward, you as a renter will be responsible for ensuring all garbage is taken with you (inside and outside) when you leave in order to receive your full damage deposit back.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding! We look forward to continue hosting so many wonderful events and celebrations in our community ❤
