Our friends and neighbours up the road are having a Christmas Market on Nov 7! Be sure to check it out 🎄 Martinon Community Centre

Martinon Community Centre is hosting our first annual Christmas Market this November 7th 2026 from 9am-1pm. 🎄

Vendor applications are now open!

Are you an artist, crafter, baker, or a vendor of any handmade artisan goods looking for a place to sell this holiday season? Consider joining the Martinon Community Centre’s Christmas Market.

Tables are 6ft long and $25 each and all proceeds go directly to supporting the community centre. Set up will be Friday evening before the market Saturday morning.

The community centre will also run a canteen, 50/50 tickets and a door prize.

Message us here on Facebook with your name and business name (if applicable) and information on what you are looking to sell at the market. If you have a social media account for your business please share this as well.

Tables will book quickly, don’t wait to contact us!

Further information to be given to the selected vendors.

A long overdue bar reno update 🎊
Our incredible contractors updated this well loved bar with a custom bar top, custom cupboards for storage and a much safer and secure door with hydraulic latches! We also purchased a brand new cooler fridge that is more efficient and from this century (😅) as well as new plumbing and sink.

Huge thank you to Kate Elman Wilcott MLA Saint John West-Lancaster for helping us secure funding through the Community Investment Fund for this work; we couldn’t have done it without your support!

A few finishing touches to add decor- what do you think should go on the back wall?? It’s a blank canvas of possibilities

An upgrade for our tiniest renters 👶🏻👶🏻
We’ve just installed a baby changing table in our accessible/bride washroom upstairs for all to use!

Shout out to our neighbours Ted & Ron for volunteering to install for us!

We couldn’t do it without our amazing community 💛

Our floors got a much needed glow up! 🌟

Shout out to our amazing board member Diane Hebert and family for working hard on restoring the wood floors and protecting them for years ahead. Always making things better!
