Good Morning Community!
We are reaching out as we are in need of your help. We have had some volunteers form the board member and an executive step down. We are currently looking for a Secretary, Treasurer and a couple new Board Members. We have some exciting things on the horizon and we need to have a full board and executive to be able to make it happen. We are also looking for volunteers who can help with our Craft Fair, Kids Christmas Event and New Years party. Please send us a Private message if you are interested in helping out.

Happy New Year!
We wanted to reach out to let you know what we have planned for 2024 so far.

Memberships-
We will be offering our yearly Memberships again this year.
$10 per person - With the purchase of a Membership, this money goes towards holding events and building maintenance. With your paid membership it allows you vote at the Annual General Meeting each year. You can e-transfer [email protected]. In the memo box comment: Membership for 2024 and your name, email address and phone number in the memo box. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or message us on facebook for more information.

Volunteers Needed -We are currently looking for a Secretary and Treasurer.
Also, people to help us with community events for children and adults, craft fairs, yard sales and bartenders. If you are interested in helping this year, we would love to hear from you!

Fundraising - This year we are going to be focusing on upgrades to the tennis court area. We had quotes done in the fall and it will take between $40,000-$60,000 dollars to compete this project. Where that cost to complete this is so high it may take a while to raise the funds. If you would like to donate to this project please send an e-transfer to [email protected] and in the memo section please note this is for the tennis court upgrade.

Community Tree - There are 3 different size leaves small, medium, and large. Donation of $25, $50 or $100+ respectively. You can have a favorite saying, name in memory of, and or dates. Whatever will fit on the size. If you have any questions, please reach out.

March 16th: St. Patrick's Day Dance. More info to follow of tickets.
April - Annual Yard Sale (Dates to be determined)
May 27th - Annual General Meeting to review 2023 and Elections for the Executive and Board Members. Doors open at 6:30pm and meeting at 7pm

Wasn't that a Party! We can't thank you all enough for spending New Year Eve with us. Also, thank you to all the volunteers who set up, cleaned up and looked after the bar. We can not hold these events without you.

We will be adding some of the proceeds from this dance to our Project fund to have work done on the tennis court. To have the Tennis court re-surfaced it will cost between $45,000-$60,000 dollars from the quotes we got in 2023. If you have any other great fundraising ideas, please let us know.
