Prepping for an exclusive private chef 5 course meal tonight!!! On the menu:
1st course: bruschetta with pear balsamic glaze
2nd course: Roasted bell pepper soup
3rd course: Baby arugula Caesar Salad
Main course: Beef tenderloin with carrot smash, micro greens, and purple cauliflower with a red wine sauce.
Dessert: New York cheese cake with blue berry compote, fresh berries, and lime whip!
