🌲Wild Motherhood - Hold The Mother Circle 🫂

Join Heart Yoga Instructor Angela Kyllo and Holistic Health Practitioner Courtney Rudin for a Community Circle Gathering for women’s health and wellness.

Settle in and get Cozy with a hot cup of tea while connecting with other women in the community to learn about your Intuition or “gut instincts”. Explore practices to strengthen this intuitive connection within through; Journaling, Visualization, Meditation, Breath, Yoga, Rest and Reiki. Learn how to be able to decipher between intuition and overthinking/worry and ways this skill can benefit your life day to day.

Intuition is the ability to understand or know something without using conscious reasoning or explanation. It’s often referred to as “trusting your gut” but often Women are taught their intuition is merely being overly emotional or overreacting. But the truth is that emotion and intuition are deeply interwoven and we will explore this during our circle workshop together.

Be guided into a gentle breathing practice to release tension and stress from the body and mind, and gently move into a series of exercises & poses that will deepen your connection to your self, build your confidence and tend to your giving bodies! End practice in a relaxing meditation and melt into Savasana adjustments for replenishing, restorative deep rest. Reiki and Hot stones also :) -Be held.

This workshop is for anyone on their reproductive journey
