To all of our Clients, Customers and Friends,

We wish to thank everybody for your patronage and support over the last 8 years. Unfortunately, Chef de Partie Catering & Events Inc. will be closing permanently. As with countless other businesses, our company has experienced financial difficulties over the last two years. We have attempted different business structures, created virtual brands and offered alternative services to maintain revenue, but all efforts have been unsuccessful. This has been an extremely difficult decision and is, in most part, due to unprecedented rising costs in foodservice and the post-pandemic economic climate. We also took into consideration the long term health and happiness of our family and accept that this high stress situation was no longer sustainable.

What Now?

We will be finishing out some contracts in the coming weeks but are no longer accepting new orders. Our local food store, Chef de Partie Market, will be closing as of well. This will be our last week and all remaining stock is on sale at 20-80% off until Saturday, August 27th, which will be our final day. Please come and take advantage of the sale or just to simply say farewell. We can be contacted by email at [email protected] if you have any questions or concerns at all.

Our Guiding Principle

It was our constant endeavor to offer excellent food and service for our customers, and we hope we were successful in our efforts. We genuinely thank you for your past support and patronage and helping to realize Chef Heather’s dream of feeding people great Saskatchewan food from prairie to plate and re-defining the private catering service. Special thanks to our loyal, repeat customers and our team who were there with us on this amazing journey. The time has come to take a different road.

Yours Sincerely,
Heather Bekar-Schulte & Family

8 years ago, I followed my dream and started this business. All I can say, looking back, is it's been a roller coaster ride. Eight emotional, adventurous, frightening, joyous, disappointing, celebratory, crazy years for this farm girl chef. A massive thank you to all who have supported us. We appreciate you.
Thank you for supporting local!
