Please join me in congratulating my dear friend and irreplaceable General Manager, Krista Fehr, on her 10-year work-aversary! A decade ago, I hired a professional to help me run this catering company, but I never could have anticipated that I’d also be gaining my absolute best friend. Your brilliant leadership, tireless work ethic, and ability to keep us calm in the chaos of a busy kitchen have been the backbone of our success for the last ten years. Beyond the flawlessly executed events and the milestones we’ve celebrated as a business, it’s the daily laughter, the unwavering support, and the shared dreams that I treasure the most. We absolutely loved being a part of this Bridgerton themed day! Of course, we provided a lovely tea complete with fancy sandwiches, veg crudités, elegant hors d’oeuvres and sweets!
