Event Success Recap!
We’re excited to share an exclusive look at the planning and flawless ex*****on that brought the Saskatchewan Crops Forum to life! Our team spent the last three days executing this incredible event, ensuring every detail was perfect. Here’s a glimpse of what we achieved:
✨We expertly managed all aspects of venue and event logistics, including arranging AV support for lighting, sound, staging, and backdrops, securing Food & Beverage quotes for lunches and receptions, designing the room layout, and conducting a site visit. Additionally, we organized a unique beer tasting event featuring specialty barley beers.
✨We efficiently handled all reception arrangements, including reserving rooms for the Board of Directors and coordinating catering for the Tuesday and Wednesday evening networking receptions.
✨We managed speaker logistics by creating a comprehensive schedule covering keynotes, breakout sessions, and panels. We facilitated speaker negotiations, handled contracts, collected bios, photos, and presentation details, and arranged hotel accommodations for our esteemed guests.
✨We handled conference branding and design by creating a range of promotional assets, including print and digital ads. Additionally, we designed and printed conference nametags, table programs, and created visually engaging slide decks for the event.
✨We managed the entire registration process, from setup to testing, ensuring everything ran smoothly and providing weekly updates throughout. Additionally, we oversaw the onsite registration to ensure a seamless experience for all conference attendees.
