Our team was thrilled to support People Around the World Congress (PAW 2025) for the second year in a row, a truly inspiring global gathering!

From start to finish, our team handled:

✨ Event planning & logistics across multiple venues, including the main congress, two receptions, and multiple campus tours
✨ Congress registration management
✨ Event app, from design and layout to implementation and on-site support
✨ Asset design, from nametags and signage to the full conference program
✨ On-site setup and event ex*****on to ensure everything ran seamlessly
✨ The Congress offered an action-packed three days of keynotes, panels, student poster sessions, and tours from leading institutions and experts around the world.

🌟Thank you for an incredible National Philanthropy Day! 🌟

What a fantastic celebration. Our community came together for the National Philanthropy Day Celebration Luncheon, joining hundreds of communities across North America in recognizing the power of generosity.

SPARK was honoured to help celebrate the individuals and organizations whose compassion, leadership, and philanthropy continue to strengthen our community here in Saskatoon. While it's hard to pick a favourite part of the day, a highlight was certainly the addition of the Youth Panel which was so inspiring.

💛 Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and helped make this year’s event such a meaningful tribute to those who make a difference in our community.

WOW do we love Kitchen Party! 🥖🍷

An event that celebrates the best of the best in local food and beverages, what's not to love!? All while raising funds to ensure Canadian youth have equitable access to healthy food, music education, and sport opportunities. It's a win all around.

SPARKs role in this unique event included:

Head Judge Chris Johns said it best "I don’t think I’ve ever seen a higher level of competition from all of the chefs. Everyone brought their A game...I was happy that Saskatoon also raised the bar for what this competition is all about.”

Congratulations to Chef Kevin Monych of Hearth Restaurant for taking home the gold. Best of luck to Chef Monych at the Canadian Culinary Championship, taking place in Ottawa in January 2026!

Another incredible event in the books with Saskatoon Co-op! 🌟

Celebrating their milestone 90th Anniversary, SPARK stepped up to help recognize their hardworking staff and give them an evening to remember! From securing incredible entertainment from Jake Vaadeland & the Sturgeon River Boys and the Toon Town Big Band, branding and creating all visuals, scoring killer decor and swag, and so much more, our team had a blast executing this one!

Thank you to the Saskatoon Co-op team for being such a valuable partner and pleasure to work with!

✨ What a Night! ✨

On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, we had the absolute pleasure of supporting signature fundraising event — REMIX!

This marks our third year being part of this incredible event, and it just keeps getting better every time!

Our team assisted with event logistics and setup, hiring some of the amazing talent and stations, and providing support leading up to and during the big night. This one was such a fun project for our team, working with the fantastic Wonderhub crew is always a real treat!

REMIX brought a night of mischief at the museum, filled with live music, interactive entertainment, a lively silent auction, handcrafted cocktails, and delicious bites, all celebrating what Wonderhub does best: play!

Over the past year, our team has been proud to support Canpotex in coordinating its Fertilizer Management Program, an 11-day intensive course exploring the Canadian potash, fertilizer, and agricultural industries. This year, we were thrilled to welcome 20 participants, Canpotex customers, from around the globe, including China, India, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, Belgium, and Norway.

The Program kicked off in Saskatoon, SK, home to Canpotex Shareholders’ nine potash mines, and concluded in Vancouver, BC. It was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together seamlessly during the event.

Some of the ways we supported the Program included:

⭐ Coordinating travel arrangements (car, bus, and plane)
⭐ Booking all hotel accommodations across Western Canada
⭐ Organizing restaurant reservations, cultural experiences, and leisure activities
⭐ Coordinating top-notch participant swag with our friends at Motif
⭐ Ensuring clear and consistent communications before, during, and after the Program

✨ What. A. Night. ✨

The Medea Social Club hosted an unforgettable fundraising evening celebrating leadership, generosity, and a whole lot of hockey greatness.

With John Underwood and Mike Meldman (yes, the owner of this stunning property) sharing their powerful stories of success and giving back, and Jason Kennedy keeping the crowd of 100 elite guests completely captivated, the night was nothing short of magic.

Hockey icons Kelly Chase and Jon Cooper had us laughing (and learning!) with leadership gems wrapped in unforgettable hockey stories. Add in NHL legends like Ray Whitney, Matt Irwin, Tyler Johnson, Russ Courtnall… and you get a guest list straight out of a sports dream.

The live auction? Signed NHL jerseys, a Wayne Gretzky–signed Happy Gilmore putter, and the showstopper… the Stanley Cup itself. The generosity in the room was unmatched, with funds going to the Medea Charitable Foundation.

Special thanks to BYLT for the amazing gifts (with the owner in the house!), our honoured retired military guests, and the team who created the gorgeous ambiance + florals. The food was UNREAL (We're told… didn’t get a bite 🤣).

$1,000-a-seat, legends in every direction, laughs and tears in equal measure… this is one for the books.

When it comes to event decor and setup, Hub City Display is our go-to, and for good reason.

Kerri and team are nothing short of amazing. They always go above and beyond, whether it’s setting up dozens of street tents, transforming a venue with elegant gala décor, or refurbishing an old camping trailer into a bar for our client’s event - and yes, you read that right!

Their creativity, reliability, and can-do attitude make them a dream to work with. Hub City has been one of our favourite vendor partners for years, and we’re always excited to collaborate on what’s next.
