Over the past year, our team has been proud to support Canpotex in coordinating its Fertilizer Management Program, an 11-day intensive course exploring the Canadian potash, fertilizer, and agricultural industries. This year, we were thrilled to welcome 20 participants, Canpotex customers, from around the globe, including China, India, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, Belgium, and Norway.

The Program kicked off in Saskatoon, SK, home to Canpotex Shareholders’ nine potash mines, and concluded in Vancouver, BC. It was incredibly rewarding to see everything come together seamlessly during the event.

Some of the ways we supported the Program included:

⭐ Coordinating travel arrangements (car, bus, and plane)
⭐ Booking all hotel accommodations across Western Canada
⭐ Organizing restaurant reservations, cultural experiences, and leisure activities
⭐ Coordinating top-notch participant swag with our friends at Motif
⭐ Ensuring clear and consistent communications before, during, and after the Program

A big high five to our friends Mike, Jordon, and Nicole for leading the charge, you did a fantastic job!

✨ What. A. Night. ✨

The Medea Social Club hosted an unforgettable fundraising evening celebrating leadership, generosity, and a whole lot of hockey greatness.

With John Underwood and Mike Meldman (yes, the owner of this stunning property) sharing their powerful stories of success and giving back, and Jason Kennedy keeping the crowd of 100 elite guests completely captivated, the night was nothing short of magic.

Hockey icons Kelly Chase and Jon Cooper had us laughing (and learning!) with leadership gems wrapped in unforgettable hockey stories. Add in NHL legends like Ray Whitney, Matt Irwin, Tyler Johnson, Russ Courtnall… and you get a guest list straight out of a sports dream.

The live auction? Signed NHL jerseys, a Wayne Gretzky–signed Happy Gilmore putter, and the showstopper… the Stanley Cup itself. The generosity in the room was unmatched, with funds going to the Medea Charitable Foundation.

Special thanks to BYLT for the amazing gifts (with the owner in the house!), our honoured retired military guests, and the team who created the gorgeous ambiance + florals. The food was UNREAL (We're told… didn’t get a bite 🤣).

$1,000-a-seat, legends in every direction, laughs and tears in equal measure… this is one for the books.

When it comes to event decor and setup, Hub City Display is our go-to, and for good reason.

Kerri and team are nothing short of amazing. They always go above and beyond, whether it’s setting up dozens of street tents, transforming a venue with elegant gala décor, or refurbishing an old camping trailer into a bar for our client’s event - and yes, you read that right!

Their creativity, reliability, and can-do attitude make them a dream to work with. Hub City has been one of our favourite vendor partners for years, and we’re always excited to collaborate on what’s next.

A couple of years ago, we had the pleasure of joining forces with to reimagine and elevate their annual gala fundraiser.

What started as a familiar event transformed into something extraordinary, a new name, a stunning new venue, and an unforgettable experience that delivered on every level.

As we look ahead to 2026, we’re proud to mark our third year supporting this powerful cause, and each year, it gets more meaningful, more impactful, and even more magical.

We had the absolute pleasure of working alongside Christina Martens-Funk, CEO at , and her incredible team once again to bring their recent series of events in Regina to life. These included the Conference, Awards Banquet, and AGM, all seamlessly coordinated by our team member Tal. Additionally, we had the privilege of supporting their first annual Luncheon, a separate and distinct event marking the beginning of a new tradition.

This was the second occasion we’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with Inclusion Saskatchewan, and it was just as rewarding as the first. With so many moving parts and a few surprises along the way, our partnership with Christina and her team ensured that every detail was meticulously handled.

Thank you, Christina, for your kind words and continued trust in us. It’s truly an honour to contribute to events that have such a meaningful impact.

Ag in Motion is just around the corner, and we’ve had a blast collaborating with Andrea and Montana from the Sask Wheat. To give you a sneak peek, check out this awesome 3D rendering of their booth space!

To bring that vision to life, we teamed up with Kerri and the crew at Hub City Display & Event Rentals to curate an incredible display as part of a full design and setup experience. From layout to finishing touches, it’s been a collaborative effort we’ve loved being part of.

And of course, no booth is complete without some fun takeaways. We sourced some awesome swag from our pal Dougie at MOTIF to help make the experience even more memorable.

Oh, and we’ve got iced coffees from our friends at Road Coffee to help you stay cool out there.

Celebrating Success at the Saskatchewan First Nations Natural Resource Centre of Excellence Energy and Natural Resources Summit!

Guests were welcomed through a stunning LED Wall Tunnel, setting the stage for an event where Indigenous culture and innovation came together in every detail. From start to finish, attendees were entertained by drummers, singers, dancers and traditional ceremonies. Whether it was the opening ceremonies or the conversations on stage, the summit honoured tradition while looking ahead to the future. It brought together Chiefs, Elders and leaders from business, government, and beyond to dive into the growing role of First Nations leadership in North America’s energy transition. It wasn’t just a summit, it was a celebration of culture, connection, and bold ideas.

We were proud to support this landmark event through:

✨ Collaborative planning with the organizing committee

✨ Development of the summit’s branding and visual identity

✨ Full marketing and communications ex*****on, including strategy, PR, and all print and digital design assets

✨ Venue and event logistics and décor - partnering with Kyle and the Prairieland team to ensure a seamless three-day event

Team Building with !

A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of organizing a unique team-building experience for the incredible crew at Sandbox Mutual Insurance!

We brought the beach to them with a Sandcastle Building Challenge, and yes, it was every bit as fun (and competitive!) as it sounds.

Teams worked together to dream up creative concepts, craft compelling backstories, and bring their themed sandcastle visions to life. The judging was based on:

Not only did it spark creativity, laughter, and a bit of friendly competition, but it also strengthened collaboration and team spirit across the board.

Tal joined us this past winter, and in just a short time, she’s already made a meaningful impact. She brings fresh energy, thoughtful insights, and a creative spark to both client projects and our internal team.

Driven by a deep passion for brightening the world around her, Tal’s dedication shines through her community work and involvement with nonprofit and charitable organizations. As the current chair of her children’s school parent council and a former photography entrepreneur in weddings and events, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a true mastery of customer experience.

Tal believes every touchpoint matters and has a talent for crafting moments that leave lasting, positive impressions. Her innovative spirit has already added magic to the work we do.
