Decarbonization is key to building a sustainable future and stronger economy. By embracing decarbonization strategies and technologies, businesses can lower costs, unlock new opportunities, and meet the increasing expectations of customers and stakeholder of environmental responsibility.

On January 17, the Honourable Terry Duguid, Minister for PrairiesCan, announced federal funding of $718,400 for NSBA Saskatoon’s Business Association, to launch a decarbonization education initiative for businesses in Saskatchewan. This initiative will help businesses find cost-effective ways to mitigate negative environmental impacts, promoting decarbonization as a tool for business improvement.

This initiative will promote practices that are not just good for the environment, but also good for business!
