What to do when you feel derailed.

What do you do when stress and triggers and things that pop up in any given day kind of derail you? I challenge you to really just take note, even just for today, what things come up that you just feel in your gut that aren't sitting well with you. What is your initial reaction of how you want to react in that situation? And just notice what's happening for you.
