We didn’t know what to post—maybe just a generic picture wishing everyone Merry Christmas. But then we thought… why not share something more special?

This year, we want to give a huge shoutout to Srdan and Kat. We met you two years ago, and now, as you’ve welcomed Baby Niko into your lives, we feel like we’ve gained a new family member too. Seeing your family grow has been such a heartwarming reminder of what the holidays are all about: love, connection, and celebrating the little (and big) blessings in life.

The hardest part about posting on social for a photography page is the caption. Honestly, some photographers use the same thing over and over, some talk about the couple they’re shooting, and some just share the experience. But all in all, every caption is hard because sometimes it’s hard to write down what you wana say.

Lav + Dora

We had a blast with Lav and Dora and absolutely loved seeing the look on his face when Dora looks at him like a gem—hahahaha! Love you guys, and thank you again for letting us capture these moments with you.

When you're in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, expecting to do a first look with your stunning bride-to-be, but she has a surprise first look with your brother instead! Celebrating 8 Incredible Years!

Thank you to everyone who has supported Mudita Media since day one. Our anniversary was on May 1, 2024, but we've been so busy with shoots, family, and life that we forgot to post this. Your support, whether by booking us or liking and sharing our content, has been invaluable.

We've been fortunate to shoot all over Canada and beyond. Thank you for being with us through our ups and downs. Over the past 8 years, we've learned a lot, and as we put that knowledge to work, we've been so busy that we forgot to share. We promise, as we say every year, "we will try to post more frequently." We really do try our best but sometimes get too caught up in our work.

I also want to introduce myself. My name is Nawid Shirzai, and when I started Mudita Media 8 years ago, I never imagined it would become what it is today. From the bottom of my heart, thank you. While you often see me on this account, I have a real attachment to Mudita’s social presence. Moving forward, I'll do my best to showcase everyone who works at Mudita. Many people don’t realize Mudita Media is run by a team of dedicated individuals. It wouldn't be what it is without the whole team.
