The complex is comprised of recreation and sport facilities, party rooms, a court yard, board rooms, a banquet hall, diverse leased business spaces, a restaurant, golf simulators and a theatre. Do you have an event in need of a location? We have multiple spaces for a variety of different events and of varying size. We have an elegantly decorated banquet hall, a large court yard and medium sized

party room. We have a massive kitchen for commercial use and catering. We also offer block/hourly rentals for the gymnasiums and our Turf room. We are also offering rentable boardrooms for meetings, and secure units for offices. We have newly renovated space for performance rehearsals and dance classes. We have a large seated theatre that is available for rehearsal, acting classes and various events. Have a business and need a space? How about a partnership for a rent free space? Franzisi’s Restaurant will be taking a pause in operations at its current Tancred/Wellington St. location effective January 1, 2022.

Well its simple; It costs a $100 deposit (this covers the pre-visit and the planning). After Sal knows what you want served he gives you a plated cost for the menu. Then its just a $25 charge for doing the dishes & serving. Lastly you decide the tip at the end of the night. It's a seamless experience that provides elegance, decadence and delicious cuisine on your special night.
