Are you an Ontario resident and want to get married in Quebec? I can help!
You will need a wedding officiant licensed in Quebec (I am) and the paper work process takes a little longer.
Otherwise, getting married at your cottage on the Quebec side is just as easy as anywhere else!

Hi! Im Samantha, wedding officiant and custom ceremony writer!

Why would you want me to officiate your wedding?
Well I offer a unique service! I write custom ceremonies. I get to know you both through a questionnaire and take your words, jokes and love story and turn it in to a ceremony that everyone will describe as: "SO YOU!"! I also try my best to create custom rituals that would match who you are as a couple (recently i had a musician couple do a guitar smash after the kiss and it was SOO COOL and SO THEM!) I also guide you in how to write your vows and all the legal stuff!

I am licensed in both Quebec and Ontario.
Im best suited to couples that are not shy, want to share their story and have a laugh in their wedding. I encourage animals, kids and real life! (One of my favorite weddings had a cuss word in it that was so important to the story and had everyone laughing! - lets face it, we all cuss from time to time!)
I love cottage weddings, farm weddings and nature weddings! Im also 100% interested in your theme weddings from disney to 18+.
My home base is the Pontiac and Ottawa Valley, but im always open to Ottaw and Gatineau.

"Tie the knot" is an old wedding adage coming from Celtic roots in a ritual known as handfasting.

But the Japanese practice of Sh***ri brings a whole new level of bonding between partners with the intertwining knots that secure a steadfast hold.

The act of Sh***ri elicits trust and creativity.
It allows for submission and leadership in an intimate way - the very essence of Heiros Gamos, the Divine Union of The Masculine and Feminine.

Much like many modern creations, Sh***ri was originally used to capture prisoners.
