All right folks, so we are open for ONE MORE DAY before Christmas- December 23rd from 9:00am-6:00pm. And it seems we got carried away in our happy Whoville tree making because we have A LOT of Whoville trees left. We figured we probably wouldn’t sell them all on our last day so we came up with something I’m so super excited about. On December 23rd we will be implementing a Buy One, Gift One on all of our in stock Whoville trees. For every tree that is purchased tomorrow we will be giving one to a local assisted living facility @sherwoodcare_ .
So! If you’ve been on the fence on whether to scoop one of these beauties or not, tomorrow is the time to hop off the fence and make your life, and the lives of the residents and employees at Sherwood Care a little more festive.

First let me say how grateful we are to our community for your support over the last 18 months. This summer we have gotten to be a part of so many amazing weddings and we’re so thankful that they got to finally happen and that they’ve chosen us to bring their floral dreams to life.
The past year and a half has not been easy. The constant shifting, pivoting, reconfiguring, balancing has been exhausting. In the last month we have received hundreds of quote or floral requests for both last minute weddings and next year bookings. I promise you I’m doing my best to get back to you all while still being attentive to our current couples. The truth is we have turned away very few clients, to make up for event revenue lost last year and to protect us should we (God forbid) head into more event restrictions again.
Supply issues are ongoing. There are no east orders to place, finding substitutions is the name of the game. Our costs have risen significantly, yet I’m doing my best to keep our prices consistent. Because I feel so bad for so many couples who have lost money elsewhere in cancellations and really just want them to have the wedding they dreamed of.
Last week we received a massive Christmas shipment that typically we don’t get until October/November. But to avoid supply shortages we had to get them early. I truly hope that kids sports can continue and that you will need to fundraise door swags and whoville trees so the kids can play, travel and grow on their teams. So I’m trying to navigate the Christmas supply shortages and make substitutions early to avoid more stress later.
All the while I’ve tried to do all the family things we can with my husband and kids. We cancelled our sandy beach vacation in Maui and instead went to Sandy Beach, Saskatchewan (that’s comparable, right?). I’ve tried to be present and available for them as they have also had a difficult 18 months to process and are heading back to school with all that

Ok folks here’s what we’re doing about COVID-19!
Step 1: we will have reduced business hours starting Monday. That being said we can be flexible and work on a custom basis so don’t panic if you need something outside our “set” hours.
Step 2: we are encouraging online or phone in orders only. Pickup will be available in our shorter hours but to help out we will be reducing our delivery rates.
Step 3: this is hurting businesses SO hard. Unless they’re selling toilet paper you can be sure that they’re suffering. Please please please support local.
