Smiths Falls & Area - Curling and Squash Club “Administrator” Job Posting

The Smiths Falls Curling and Squash Club is an exciting non-profit sports facility in our community uniquely offering Curling, Squash, a fitness room, saunas and full changerooms. In addition, the Club is a popular facility for banquets, weddings, social gatherings, training seminars and general meetings – and all of this comes with a full kitchen and bar.
The Club is looking for a high energy, highly motivated Administrator to join our fantastic Sports Facility.
This position includes, but not limited to, the following,:
Approximately 20hours per week September to May and 6hours per week June to August.
Facility and Office Management including a business acumen.
Proficient in a multitude of software applications - primarily MS Office products.
Accounts Payable and Banking processes
Club Member Management
Club Rental Management and Agreement processes
