We’re thrilled to present guest coach Jill Doucet, Vice President of the University of Washington Boxing Team! 🥊

Jill has been boxing since she was a kid and continues to compete at the collegiate level. Now, she’s bringing her expertise to YOU for 8 exclusive sessions!

Learn the fundamentals, refine your technique, and pick up tips and tricks from one of the best. No experience required—just bring your energy and excitement!

In observance of National Truth and Reconciliation Day, Sooke Boxing will be closed for all classes

As a club located on T’Sou-ke Nation, we take this day to honour and pay respect to those who didn’t make it home and those still living with the painful effects of residential schools.

Every Child Matters is more than just a slogan. It’s a reminder of the resilience, strength, and courage of Indigenous communities. Let’s take this day to reflect, learn, and stand in solidarity. 🧡

Our circuits will humble you faster than that one time you confidently thought you could plank for a full minute. You’ll be punching bags one second, and questioning life choices the next—because nothing says ‘I’m living my best life’ like collapsing in a pile of sweat and regret.

Don’t worry, though, you’ll be in good company, as your fellow gladiators will also be starring in their own personal dramatic reenactment of ‘I’ve Fallen and I Can’t Get Up.’ We’ll have you feeling like a champion—if champions finish on their backs staring at the ceiling. We are pleased to announce that our noon classes are once again returning. We started them in 2016 when we first opened up and in those early years we had so many enjoying these classes. We stopped them a few years in due to coaching availability. We are happy to have Scott Moir run classes Tuesday and Thursday from noon-1pm. Monthly rates are $70 or drop in’s $10. Scott comes to us from Ontario with a wide experience of boxing!! This Thursday we’re offering a free class to all those that want to give it a try. No experience necessary!!

Grateful that we have a community around us that helps out when we need it!! From fixing our timer, replacing rotten boards, hanging heavy bags, installing outside lights and just about everything else that’s needing attention…. Thanks to all of you for making a difference to our club!!!
