We are excited to announce our first REI Retreat! We invite you to come and enjoy the beautiful area and learn about investing in an unorganized township.

Our event is geared towards Short term Rentals, Retreats, Hospitality, Building, Education on project Management as we are doing, as well as the advantages to the unorganized township. And 6 Fabulous Catered meals by a top chef.

We will have investor focused workshops and time to relax and network as well.

Spring Lake Manor is a 4-season property situated on a quiet bay on Spring Lake in South River, Ontario. The Manor is on 2-acres and is surrounded by many acres of crown land. Edwin Hall provides a majestic meeting and/or dining space that must be seen to fully understand its magnificence. With floor to ceiling windows, an incredible wooden vaulted ceiling, a grand fireplace, and an entertainment stage, this room is perfect for hosting your corporate retreat and can be set up to accommodate whatever needs you may have. The large open-concept kitchen space is fully equipped and has all the modern appliances, perfect for a group to gather to enjoy a meal. The kitchen/dining area has two tables and two couches, accompanied by a double-sided wood fireplace and TV. The sleeping quarters of this incredible property allow you to both work and stay together. Spring Lake Manor sleeps up to 32 guests on-site in a variety of full, queen, and king beds. Our rooms are filled with special touches to create a feeling of warm lavish comfort. Welcome to Spring Lake Manor! This beautiful Manor was designed to provide a royal experience for all who walk through the front doors. The property has an elegant medieval theme that includes dragons, knights, and swords throughout - see how many you can find!

This is a retreat venue that is perfect for corporate retreats, weddings, family reunions, and so much more! Our goal is to work with you to create your event vision and then MAKE IT HAPPEN!

With 2 acres, 7,000 sq.ft and 340 feet of waterfront, this is a property that you will want to immerse yourself in! Spring Lake Manor is a 4-season retreat venue situated on its own quiet bay on Spring Lake. As you enter through the large gateway to the Manor, the natural light welcomes you with a wall of windows overlooking the water. The kitchen has been uniquely laid out to provide stunning views no matter what stage of the day you are enjoying. The galley style kitchen is equipped with all of the modern appliances, an expansive serving pantry that is perfect for a large function service area. The kitchen and gathering space are complimented by a double-sided wood burning fireplace that creates a warm and cozy atmosphere to share the creation of your meals by the chefs of your choice.

One of the property's special features is an acoustic masterpiece known as "Edwin Hall". This 2000sq ft. round event space has windows that flow from the floor to the expansive wooden beamed vaulted ceiling, a grand stone fireplace, and a raised entertainment stage. Edwin Hall also features its own entrance making it easy for guests to come and go. This is a room that you have to stand in to truly feel its magnificence!

The included on-site accommodations will sleep up to 32 of your guests in 10 bedrooms. Indulge in your desire for comfort in the themed guest rooms with four-poster beds, cozy built-in queen/double bunks, high quality bedding, unique medieval furniture, en-suite luxury bathrooms, and special touches that will make you feel like royalty.
