When I tell people I’m a day of wedding coordinator, it’s typically followed quickly with “That’s cool! What exactly do you do?”
Easy answer? I make things pretty ✨
In depth answer? I arrive early and check in with the couple to make sure we are still on track. Then I start with decor set up which can include placement of signs, setting and decor of tables, setup of all other tables for things like gifts, guest books, and desserts. I’m doing all of this while making sure all your other vendors are arriving on time and that they have everything they need. I make sure that everyone and everything is running as closely to on schedule as possible. And most importantly, I make sure that the rings are where they need to be.
Once your ceremony is done, I collect all necessary paperwork from your officiant to make sure it’s kept safe and then it’s onto the party!
I will make sure that your cocktail hour and reception space is ready for arrival of guests and cue your DJ and MC throughout the night to make sure things run smoothly.
So in short - I make things pretty 😉✨

Rehearsal dinners a such an important part of your big day. Not only do they ensure everyone knows the plan, but it’s a great opportunity for me to meet the really important people involved and put faces to names. I will always be present for your rehearsal dinner and keep things running on track.
