Canadian flower week
Just a new video of the floral installation featuring so many gorgeous locally grown flowers over at The Flower shop and more in St. Mary’s. We spent all day on Wednesday working through that installation and it was a whole lot of fun! We are also pleased to say that because the blooms were so fresh (and dare I say, local) that they survived through the heat of the sunny window! Yay Local Flowers!
So the install is still in place today so come and visit me there. I can’t wait to tell you all about it! We have over 1000 single blooms from 3 local farms featured in this design. It is a veritable “patchwork” of all the great local flowers growing this week AND it is a fun collaboration between local flower farms and local businesses:
